100% CALL COVERAGE · UZBEK / RUSSIAN / MIXED SPEECH

You are accountable for calls
you never hear.

Your floor holds thousands of conversations a month. A supervisor hears maybe two percent. Everything that goes wrong in the other 98%, the lost deal, the promise nobody can keep, the complaint that becomes a refund, reaches you as a number, weeks late, with no explanation. clai transcribes and scores every single call, so it reaches you as a fact, on the day it happens.

The one problem

Every call is a decision your company makes.
You review two percent of them.

This is the only problem clai solves, and it has one shape, whatever your floor does. Money is committed, promised, lost or saved by an operator on the phone, and the recording of it goes straight into a folder nobody opens. You find out later, from the number. Here is what that looks like on a working day:

PAIN 01

“Zero sales yesterday, and nobody can tell you why.”

You get activity reports: dials made, minutes talked. What was actually said on those calls, and where the deals died, stays invisible.

PAIN 02

“The claim says we promised Tuesday. Did we?”

Delivery windows, tariffs, exceptions get committed verbally by an operator. When the customer disputes it, you have no record of what was actually said.

PAIN 03

“Your QA hears 20 calls out of 20,000.”

Coaching, compliance and forecasts are built on a 1 to 2% sample. At that coverage, quality control is statistically a rumor.

PAIN 04

“The same customer called three times about the same thing.”

Each operator started from zero, because what happened on the previous call was never written down. The fourth call is a refund demand.

PAIN 05

“Complaints reach you late, and as a wave.”

The early warnings were spoken to your line weeks earlier. Nobody can listen to 5,000 calls to find the pattern while it is still cheap to fix.

PAIN 06

“The CRM says ‘contacted.’ That's all it says.”

Statuses typed by busy operators are thin, biased and late. The conversation itself is the real data, and today it evaporates the moment they hang up.

All six have one cause, and it is arithmetic, not discipline:

~2%
of calls a human supervisor can actually review
Listening takes longer than the call itself. On a floor doing 20,000 conversations a month, full human coverage would need a department bigger than your QA team.
0
words of what was said reach your systems unless someone types them
Statuses and comments are what a busy operator remembers to write, after the fact. The conversation itself, the promise, the objection, the warning, is gone.
100%
of calls transcribed and scored by clai
Every call becomes a speaker separated transcript, a score against your standards, and structured data in your CRM, automatically, on the day it happens.
“You cannot manage what you cannot hear. The calls already contain every answer. clai just reads them, all of them.”
Use cases

Same blind spot. Different bill.

clai does one thing: it makes every conversation visible. What that saves depends on what your floor does. These are the four shapes we see most often on high volume call centers.

Sales & inside sales Cost: lost deals

Revenue is decided in the twenty seconds after the customer says the price is high. Nobody hears those twenty seconds.

  • Which objection actually kills your deals, counted rather than guessed
  • Operators who never ask for the order, on every warm call
  • Promised callbacks that were never made
Logistics, delivery & dispatch Cost: claims & re-deliveries

Your operators commit the company verbally all day: windows, tariffs, exceptions. None of it is written down until it turns into a dispute.

  • Every delivery window and price promised out loud, on record
  • Addresses and order details mis-taken by ear, caught the same day
  • Repeat calls about one shipment, the early signal of a claim
Customer service & support Cost: churn & refunds

A complaint wave always existed weeks before it reached you. It existed as audio, in a folder, unread.

  • Refund threats and escalation language flagged the hour they happen
  • Complaint topics ranked by frequency, week over week
  • Customers calling a third time about an unresolved issue
Regulated & high volume floors Cost: compliance risk

Banks, insurance, clinics, utilities, retail. Mandatory wording is either said on 100% of calls or it is a liability, and a 2% sample cannot tell you which.

  • Required disclosures and consent verified on every call, not a sample
  • Script and tone compliance scored across the whole floor, daily
  • A searchable, timestamped record when a call is ever disputed

How it works

From raw audio to a director's verdict in three steps. All automatic.

STEP 01

Connect your calls

PBX recordings, call tracking exports, uploaded archives, or your team's Telegram voice messages. clai takes audio from wherever your conversations live. Nothing changes for the people on the phones.

$ source: PBX + @op_madina
connected · 30 days of audio loaded
1,204 calls queued for analysis
STEP 02

Every call becomes text

Speaker separated, timestamped transcripts in Uzbek, Russian, or both mixed mid sentence, tuned for real telephony audio and real dialects. The speech nobody else's models can read is exactly where clai lives.

speakers: operator · customer
uz-ru mixed speech · transcript attached
STEP 03

Transcripts become verdicts

Every call is scored against your script and checklist. Key fields like segment, objection and next step flow into your CRM. Directors get the weekly audit: who fails where, what customers complain about, what it costs.

The product

Everything a director needs to run the floor. Nothing anyone has to type.

Speech others can't read

Uzbek, Russian, dialects, and uz to ru code switching mid sentence, on noisy telephony audio. Purpose built for the calls global AI vendors get wrong.

100% coverage, not a sample

Every single call scored against your script, checklist and compliance rules, whether sales, dispatch or support. Not a 2% sample: the whole floor, every day.

Verdicts, not dashboards

The weekly audit report reads like a consultant wrote it: who fails at which stage, which objections and complaints repeat, where the money leaks out, with quotes as proof.

Feeds any CRM you already use

Segment, objection, promise and next step, all extracted from the call and written into your CRM: amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, any system with an open API. Operators stop typing; data gets better.

Searchable call memory

Every word of every call, forever searchable. Find each customer who said “narxi qimmat” last month, every promise of a callback, every mention of a competitor.

Alerts & coaching queues

Refund threats, guarantee claims, skipped scripts, angry customers, flagged the moment they happen. Each operator gets a queue of their own calls to learn from.

Security & privacy

Your calls are your most sensitive asset. They stay yours.

  • Runs entirely on your own servers Enterprise installs on a dedicated GPU server inside your network, bought outright or rented from us. Audio never passes through anyone else's cloud.
  • The AI works in private Transcription and analysis happen inside clai itself. Your calls are never sent to OpenAI, Google, or any outside service.
  • Encrypted and separated Everything stored is encrypted, and each company's data is kept strictly apart. Nobody hears your calls but you.
  • Model training only by contract By default we never touch your data. If you opt into the data partnership clause, meaning anonymized model improvement in exchange for a 15 to 25% discount, it's explicit, contractual, and revocable.

FAQ

Questions executives actually ask us

This is the reason clai exists. Our models are tuned for real telephony audio in Uzbek and Russian, including dialects and speech that switches language mid sentence, which global AI vendors handle poorly. Scoring is robust to small transcription errors, every transcript is stored next to its audio so you can verify any call yourself, and on Enterprise the models keep tuning on your own vocabulary.
Fifty hours of recorded conversation per operator each month, fully transcribed and scored, plus everything built on top of that: the weekly audit report, alerts, coaching queues, searchable history and CRM export. The hours pool across your whole team, so quiet seats cover busy ones and you are billed on what the floor actually talks, not on who happens to be logged in. Managers, viewers and admins are free and unlimited. If the team goes over, you can buy extra hours at $2 per hour of audio, the same rate on every plan, and nothing is ever cut off in the middle of a month. On Enterprise the question disappears: the GPU server is yours, so hours are unlimited. For comparison, local call analysis tools charge $2 to $3 per audio hour, so 50 included hours at $49 is roughly half the going rate.
For most service, support and dispatch floors, yes: fifty hours is roughly two and a half hours of live talk time every working day, pooled. A hard dialing sales floor on long consultative calls will run past it. You can simply buy the extra hours at $2 each, but past a certain volume Enterprise becomes cheaper than topping up, and we will tell you where that line is. Send us one month of call logs and we will tell you which side of that line you fall on before you sign anything.
No. clai is an intelligence layer, not a CRM migration. Keep whatever you run: amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or anything else with an open API or public integration docs: clai writes extracted fields, scores, and transcript links into it (first connectors rolling out; API and export available today). If you have no CRM at all, clai's own lightweight pipeline is included.
Three ways: recorded calls uploaded in bulk from your PBX or call tracking system (any common audio format, which is how audits work); direct connectors to PBX/SIP and call tracking providers, in development, for live scoring; and Telegram voice messages captured live from connected team accounts. Niche providers can be integrated on request.
Never. Transcription and analysis run inside clai, on your own GPU server on Enterprise, or in an isolated environment on cloud plans where each company's data is kept strictly separate. Nothing is ever sent to outside AI services.
Not unless you explicitly sign up for it. By default your data is untouched. If you opt into the data partnership clause, anonymized material improves the models, including your own tuned instance, and you get 15 to 25% off the licence. It's contractual, revocable, and entirely your choice; declining changes nothing but the price.
A stage-execution heatmap (where your team performs vs where it fails), the drop-off points in whatever process your calls follow, whether sales funnel, dispatch or complaint handling, per-operator scores and verdicts backed by real quotes, the top objections and complaints by frequency, and concrete coaching priorities. It reads like a consultant's report, because that is what it replaces.
Buying ($10,000 one time) is cheapest over 24+ months and the hardware is yours forever. Renting (all-in from $1,200/mo including the licence) needs zero upfront budget, includes hardware replacement if anything fails, and is usually cheaper than the cost it replaces from month one. Both run inside your network.
Audit: send recordings today, get the report within 5 working days. Team cloud: connected and scoring within a day. Enterprise: we install on your server and hand it over ready to use, typically within two weeks.
