Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between clai ("we", "us") and the company that creates a clai workspace ("you"). By using clai.uz or the clai service, you accept them. clai is a tool for businesses; it is not intended for personal consumer use.
1. The service
clai connects to Telegram accounts your company chooses, captures their work conversations (including voice messages, which are converted to text), and organizes them into a sales pipeline that updates automatically. The service is read-only: it never sends messages from connected accounts.
2. Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts your company is entitled to connect, and inform the people who use them that their work conversations are captured. Obtain any consent your local law requires.
- Use the service lawfully and in line with Telegram's own terms of service.
- Keep your workspace login credentials secure and provide accurate account and billing information.
- Do not use clai to monitor private individuals outside a legitimate work context.
3. Plans, trial, and payment
Pricing is per connected seat, billed monthly or annually, as shown on the pricing page. New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with no card required. You can cancel anytime; paid periods already started are not refunded unless the law requires it. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change affects you.
4. Acceptable use
You may not resell the service, attempt to break its security or another company's data separation, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend a workspace that violates these terms, after notice where reasonable.
5. Your data
Your conversations, contacts, and deals remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We keep them confidential and delete them after termination as described there.
6. Our property
The clai software, design, and brand are ours. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of it.
7. Accuracy and availability
clai organizes deals automatically, and automatic analysis can make mistakes — the service shows its reasoning and lets you correct it, but you should not treat the pipeline as a substitute for your own business judgment. The service is provided "as is"; we work to keep it available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted operation.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost deals.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time from your workspace or by contacting us. We may terminate for material breach of these terms. After termination you have 30 days to request an export of your data before deletion.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced to workspace administrators in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
