clai ("we", "us") is a sales tool that connects to a company's Telegram accounts and turns work conversations into an organized sales pipeline. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and what rights you have. It applies to the website clai.uz and the clai service.
1. Data we collect
- Workspace data — the name of your company, the names and Telegram usernames of the people who administer your workspace, and your pipeline settings.
- Connected conversations — when your company connects a Telegram account, we capture the messages and voice messages of that account's work chats, along with contact names and message timestamps. Voice messages are converted to text.
- Corrections and activity — pipeline corrections you make (used to improve accuracy for your workspace) and basic activity records such as stage changes.
- Billing data — plan, seats, and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.
- Technical data — log and device information needed to keep the service secure and running.
2. How we use data
We use data only to provide and improve the service: storing conversations, converting voice to text, organizing deals into your pipeline, showing the reasoning behind each move, providing support, and billing. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one company's conversations to serve another company.
3. Where the analysis happens
All conversation analysis, including voice-to-text, runs inside clai. Your conversations are never sent to outside AI services such as OpenAI or Google. On the Enterprise plan, the entire system runs on your own servers and your data never reaches us at all.
4. Storage and separation
On cloud plans, each company's data is stored in a strictly separated space and encrypted in transit and at rest. Telegram connection credentials are stored encrypted. clai is read-only: it never sends messages from connected accounts.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run clai (such as hosting and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it. Nothing else.
6. Your team and your customers
clai captures work conversations of the accounts your company chooses to connect. Your company is responsible for informing employees that their connected work account is monitored, obtaining any consent required by local law, and handling your own customers' data lawfully. Any connected account can be disconnected instantly from the dashboard, which stops capture immediately.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your subscription is active. If you cancel, we delete your workspace data within 30 days of a deletion request. You can also request an export of your data before deletion.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We reply within one business day.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify workspace administrators.
